I love all things fantasy and sci-fi, especially the mythical creatures with the world that people have created.
This channel was created to make a collection of videos showcasing some of my favorites fictional beings from films.
Any recommendations on what movie monster I should do next, or what you would like to see on this channel would be most welcome.
Obviously some things may be copyrighted so there won't be everything on my channel, but I will try my best.
All rights go to their original owners, this is just a cut of best parts from their selected film.

Gods of Egypt: All Anubis Scenes
Переглядів 10 млн7 років тому
A video featuring all the scenes with Anubis from the film Gods of Egypt. This video just contains the scenes that Anubis is in, to get the context you will have to watch the full movie. Recently I have been creating a story featuring the god Anubis, but there are not many depictions of him in media, at least not to this level of detail. This made me want to compile all the scenes from the film...

Kind of looks like a wyvern.
This is Sarumon turns into after he lost to Gandalf in a different dimension
THERE IS NO GOD BUT ALLAH ☝️ AND PROPHET MUHAMMAD S.A.W IS HIS LAST MESSENGER
There's no way a handful of guys held that wyvern (not a true dragon, was informed that dragons have four legs, not wings used as limbs). Sheer mass alone would have overpowered them.
What mix of animals were used for the dragons vocals?

Sir Christopher Lee had 2 lines in this entire movie and absolutely nailed them.
Hathor escorts lost souls into the afterlife. She’s called “Mistress of the West” because the Sun sets in the West and the coming and going of the Sun reminds them of Life and Death, and the renewal inbetween.
Does no one realize that Anubis is Set’s only child with Nephtys? Anubis is Set’s son. His only son. His only child.
"baby wocky"
Funnily enough, it's Seth, Anubis' evil step dad, who's job it is to fight off Apophis' attack every night when Ra dies (and later get revived). So the reason why we have the sun every morning is because of that treacherous b****rd.

MAGICAL summonings are CRAZY!!! Wicked.
These are wyverns as they have only two wings and two legs. And in case anyone says it, I know that they are called dragons in Harry Potter. However, a wyvern ISN'T a true dragon. A true dragon has four legs and two wings. Just thought I'd point that out. Basically, the true dragon is the tiny green one (the juvenile Welsh Green) that was shown before the tiny Hungarian Horntail.
Pretty sure that rule is from Dungeons and Dragons, as far as I can tell (and I’ve searched, A LOT) the four legs thing is more a guideline, not an actual rule. Though I’m pretty sure the Harry Potter book dragons have four legs.
@tonk3878 It actually isn't from Dungeons and Dragons or any works of fiction. "Dragons are prominent in medieval heraldry. Uther Pendragon was famously said to have had two gold dragons crowned with red standing back-to-back on his royal coat of arms. Originally, heraldic dragons could have any number of legs, but, by the late Middle Ages, due to the widespread proliferation of bestiaries, heraldry began to distinguish between a "dragon" (which could only have exactly four legs) and a "wyvern" (which could only have exactly two). In myths, wyverns are associated with viciousness, envy, and pestilence, but, in heraldry, they are used as symbols for overthrowing the tyranny of Satan and his demonic forces. Late medieval heraldry also distinguished a draconic creature known as a "cockatrice." A cockatrice is supposedly born when a serpent hatches an egg that has been laid on a dunghill by a rooster and it is so venomous that its breath and its gaze are both lethal to any living creature, except for a weasel, which is the cockatrice's mortal enemy. A basilisk is a serpent with the head of a dragon at the end of its tail that is born when a toad hatches an egg that has been laid in a midden by a nine-year-old cockatrice. Like the cockatrice, its glare is said to be deadly." Even as a kid, I always thought that any serpentine/reptilian mythological creature was a dragon until I watched a video by Roanoke Gaming and did some searching on the internet. In fiction such as games and films, yes, a wyvern is a dragon, but in the real world, it's like taxonomy. It's basically a "well, yes, but actually no" type of answer regarding real-world mythology. As mentioned, it's like taxonomy to where all living organisms in terms of phylogenetic are closely related to one another but in terms of taxonomy we and every other organism are dofferent from one another and have distinguishing features that separate us.
Anubis is not evil. Like Hades. They’re not about evil. They’re about Death. Death is true and fair.
Memory
Anubis, ancient Egyptian god of funerary practices and care of the dead, represented by a jackal or the figure of a man with the head of a jackal. In the Early Dynastic period and the Old Kingdom, he enjoyed a preeminent (though not exclusive) position as lord of the dead, but he was later overshadowed by Osiris.
Ventus: i love dragons so much 😁❤
Odio a las momias
2:42 Defeat JabberWocky
How were a bunch of regular men able to chain a giant wyvern without any casualties, and how come Diaval's attacks weren't doing much? I thought dragons were the most fearsome and most powerful creature in the fantasy world, but... Some chains just restrained that power.
Even though this movie was bad they did showed us a good version of Anubis also that old woman didn't deserve to go to hell
I guess so. His side.
1:43 Well, it’s mostly true that it’s forbidden for the dead to speak to the living because it would drive the living insane to talk to the dead. It’s like those who think a person is insane but doesn’t realize that the person can see, hear, and talk to ghosts. That’s another reason why we can’t see ghosts so we don’t go insane or those who can’t see would declare us as insane.
Doctor who scared the life out of me as a kid

Dragons should have six limbs, with forelegs and hind legs for walking and two greatly elongated limbs used for sustained flight and gliding.
When the ironbelly is freed, it was like my soul breathing fresh air of freedom, and when it flies away, I had opened my wings with it....
I love how Anubis is like that tired business, he doesn't care about you, he doesn't care about your well-being, he's just there to do his job.
Anubis in this is basically one of the only two gods capable of holding off Apophis.
They keep Anubis busy
